In this session you will explore how to lead your team and your organisation through AI transformation with clarity and confidence. We'll cover:
What AI means for the role of the researcher — threat or opportunity?
How to position your team as essential in an AI-augmented research environment
How to advise your organisation on responsible AI integration from a human-centred perspective
How to lead with judgement when the technology moves faster than the governance
Session 03
